How we handle open applications
If you send us an open application, we will look at your skills and interests on an individual basis to find the best fit for you. This may mean that you will talk to several teams during the process—to find out together where the best match is. And sometimes it even happens right in between. Our experience shows that openness works—and often brings together exactly the people and ideas that really make a difference. Please understand that we don't always have the capacity to accommodate career changers. So, if you already have some experience with our core topics, that gives us more leeway.
