Questions? We’ve got answers.
Ideally, we always want you to stay with us when you complete your training or studies! And in many cases, we make that happen. But we can’t guarantee it. During the pandemic, for example, we — like many other companies — had to freeze or postpone new hires.
Depending on the field of work, that’s something we can talk about. We occasionally have voluntary interns with us, even if we don’t have any positions advertised.
Our experience shows that an internship of less than three months makes little sense, since it takes some time at first to gain basic familiarity with the company. Six months is ideal. But that doesn’t mean we won’t make an exception for a strong candidate with persuasive arguments ;)
