The system uses artificial intelligence to comb through previously classified material master data and generate auto-suggestions for new materials.
2. Check suggestions in the search results
The AI engine generates multiple auto-suggestions and lists them in descending order of plausibility. The detailed view shows additional helpful information about each auto-suggestion. The system automatically takes into account existing materials with the same export control number.
3. Apply the right suggestion
Finish by selecting and applying the right suggestion from the list. The software then applies your selection to the appropriate field in the material data.

The commodity codes are automatically imported and made available in the software. Our partnership with content provider Mendel Verlag makes it possible for you to select the content you need from up to 150 countries – based on your individual export/import needs or the export control number.

Stop worrying about commodity code updates. Our year-end update feature lets you pre-program future updates before they take effect and store the data you need to ensure continued compliance.

Product Classification checks the classification of materials to determine whether a mapping directory entry for this commodity code exists. If so, it can then be used as a starting point for product classification.

Outlier analysis
Product Classification uses artificial intelligence to generate auto-suggestions for new materials. This draws on existing material and classification data. The outlier analysis helps further optimize the results by generating a suggestion from the existing data. The system recognizes whether the suggestion differs from the actual stored value, and if so, re-checks it for accuracy. This helps the system improve the quality and reliability of its learning.

Product Classification stores all customs-related master data – goods descriptions, CAS numbers, country of origin, preferential origin, and much more – in a clean, user-friendly interface.
