The Easy Mode supports you in the manual creation and processing of export declarations. It offers a simplified and intuitive user interface where you can conveniently complete your declaration data with the help of the smart assistant feature. The Easy Mode is specifically tailored for UK-based companies only trading with the mainland EU and sending their goods via a roll-on roll-off (RoRo) transport route. The Easy Mode is available in a productive environment since January 1, 2021.

The following features are included in the Easy Mode:

• Dashboard with widgets for all necessary applications
• Status bar for easy tracking and monitoring of a declaration's status/progress
• Creating export declarations with pre-filled data (tailored for RoRo use case)
• Creating and managing templates based on previously processed export declarations
• Sending cancellation requests for export declarations
• Processing declarations in fallback procedure
• Switch to a more detailed declaration view (advanced mode) to manage queries from customs
• Export documents: Export Accompanying Document (EAD), Confirmation of Exit (PoE), fallback document

The following features are not included in the Easy Mode:

• Correcting export declarations to UK customs/HMRC
  
• Customs procedures: Cargo reports (ACA), Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), transit procedures (NCTS Authorized Consignor (CR))
  
• Integration into SAP or other ERP systems
  
• Reporting & Analytics
  
• Export documents: T2L(F), EUR.1, A.TR, certificate of origin
  
• Special procedure
  
• Controlled goods (including any goods that require a license, e.g. plants, munitions, dangerous goods)
