Halal cold storage compliance is the set of regulatory, operational, and documentation requirements that ensure halal-certified products are segregated, traceable, and temperature-controlled from goods receipt to shipment. It extends product-level halal certification to logistics, storage, and transport, and is governed by frameworks like Indonesia's BPJPH, Malaysia's MS 2400 / JAKIM, and the Philippines' NCMF.

Indonesia mandates halal certification for food logistics providers under BPJPH. Malaysia requires compliance with the MS 2400 series for logistics handling halal goods, audited by JAKIM. The Philippines applies NCMF guidelines for halal handling. Requirements may differ by product category, but enforcement and audit expectations are increasing across markets.
