AEB and Pincvision form customs and compliance partnership

Pincvision becomes official AEB partner and reseller of AEB’s customs and trade compliance software to deliver a one-stop-shop for global trade solutions.

Partnership benefits for importers and exporters

Pincvision and AEB have entered into a partnership that provides international companies the best solution for the implementation of customs and trade compliance processes. The collaboration enables Pincvision to add process automation as reseller partner of AEB’s global trade management software portfolio.

Declarants and companies that want to outsource, centralize, and optimize their declaration and trade compliance processes can now opt for more advanced automation and digitization with Pincvision’s ‘one-stop-shop solution’. Enhancing operational support for customs management activities with automated declarations increases efficiency and creates more value for importers and exporters.

Pincvision's services are aimed at integrating with the customer – taking over the existing business situation as well as the (customs) authorizations, enabling the company to get started quickly and bring added value within the organization.

AEB and Pincvision: Partners in technology and knowledge

“With this strategic partnership, which combines the expertise of Pincvision and smart automation from AEB, we are creating a RegTech solution (Regulatory Technology) in the customs landscape,” said Rob Holtslag, CCO of Pincvision.

“In addition to advice and implementation, there is also an increasing demand for assistance in carrying out customs and trade compliance activities, such as customs declarations and export controls. As partners in technology and knowledge, together we ensure that we can help our customers even better with their customs challenges, now and in the future. Two practically oriented organizations that join forces on the international market. I look forward to the great steps we will take together.”

Pincvision will use and offer AEB's software as part of the operational service model for its customers. AEB's cloud solutions will be available to license holders who are looking for (partial) outsourcing of customs declarations and trade processes. The partnership aims to optimally automate customers' customs processes, using interfaces and workflows. This ensures efficiency and quality while saving costs for manual actions.

“AEB strives to create its market leading cloud solutions in a way that they can be used intuitively. Nevertheless, executing business processes in the field of customs and trade compliance management requires subject matter expertise and, of course, labor.

Not all companies are willing to invest in this to the extent necessary. This is where Pincvision comes in the game and enables such organization to still be able to benefit from the cloud solutions of AEB. We are proud that Pincvision, as a company that specializes in this subject area, has chosen AEB as their solution provider and are looking forward to the collaboration that will not only benefit the partners but foremost the customers,” says Markus Meissner, CEO of AEB.
