“When you step into our office in Mainz, you may immediately notice the long tables where everyone gathers for lunch. Around 50 colleagues from roughly ten teams work here in software development, in product and in project management - right in the middle of the "goldische Meenz" as they say in the local dialect, at the heart of Rhine Hesse.
Divides between teams? Not here. Whether when exercising, when visiting the wine festival or even when going on workation together - we really like to mingle. And when we do, our motto is always: Everyone is free to, nobody is forced to - the same as with "Mainzer Fassenacht", the city's carnival and famous fifth season.”
