You’ll receive your online ticket after registration. You can present your online ticket as a download or show a screenshot of your ticket upon arrival for speedy entry. If you haven’t received your online ticket, please check your spam folder or send an email to info.sg@aeb.com.

How much does the event cost?

Participation is free of charge.

Where are the booth exhibitions and sessions located?

Sessions and keynotes are located at the Globe Auditorium.

The booth exhibition is located at the Nutriasia Del Monte Lobby. The exhibition includes booths from AEB, Honeywell, Prime Sales, and supporting industry partners such as CCAP, DTI, and GPCCI. The Customer Experience Booth is located in the same area.

What are the health and safety measures?

The Supply Chain Trilogy organizers will continue to monitor the COVID-19 developments and will comply with all local government and BGC Arts Center guidelines. Any changes before the event will be communicated on the event website.

We encourage all participants to complete their COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shots. Please do not attend the conference if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms.

Wearing masks is optional at the conference. Face masks will be available at the registration area as well as hand sanitizer.

What are my transportation options going to the venue?
  • By private car - public parking options (see map), drop-off point/entrance along Federacion Drive *kindly take note of the one-way streets
  • By BGC bus – get off at the BGC Arts Center bus stop or Fort Strip/RCBC bus stop and walk 250m
  • By bike – public bike racks are available in BGC parking spaces and in other common areas
  • On foot - use the entrances along 26th Street, 7th Avenue, Federacion Drive, and Alveo Central Plaza
Is parking available at the venue?

Parking at the venue is limited. However, you can park in parking areas near BGC Arts Center. Here are some parking options and directions:

  • One Parkade
  • Two Parkade
  • Three Parkade

Will food and drinks be provided at the conference?

Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and networking drinks will be provided free of charge.

What should I wear?

The dress code is business casual. Flip-flops, sports jerseys, sleeveless undershirts, or similar attire are strictly prohibited at the venue.
