  • Coffee. Content and connection. And make it snappy.

For those who want quick input. Coffee from the airpot dispenser. 3 valuable insights even before the program on stage. And THE meeting point for everyone interested in free trade agreements, origin of goods, and preferences. Just pop in quickly. Tip for slowing down: If you wish to sit back and savor your barista specialty in peace, visit the coffee lounge.

  • Meet the speakers.

One-on-one after the presentation on stage. Our speakers have confirmed that they will come to this Meet the Speaker area during the 30 minutes after their talks or keynotes. Let's try this out. Instead of the sometimes a little tedious Q&A sessions directly after the keynotes.

  • Pour-over brew or portafilter? Doesn’t matter. As long as there's caffeine & calm.

The large presentation room 0.2 will be transformed into a lounge. There will only be coffee and conversations. Barista specialties and small pour-over brews for the deep-dive pace. Unwind and engage in good conversations. Always. Throughout the entire day. From 8:30 in the morning until the end of the stage program. (Speed tip: Airpot dispensers for a quick caffeine infusion are available in the exercise room at the exit to the garden.)

  • Pssssssssssssst.

If you need some quiet time in the morning or during the day: This room is like a library. Please be quiet. Do not speak to people... (You can spread the word about that outside.)

  • Meet & greet: Four stalls to test and talk in the Kantino

“Can you show us what you're up to at the moment?” We've heard this wish for insight into our software lab many times. That's why there’s a new format this year: Four stalls with prototypes, studies, and "crazy ideas". Including the people who develop these products. PLUS: Customs brokers from AEB’s large network. Check it out, engage in conversation, experiment.

  • The great outdoor bet in miniature.

We weren't sure for a long time whether the garden remodeling would be finished on time. That’s how an idea was born: Just let everyone dig. With remote-controlled mini diggers in an oversized sandbox. High-speed digging. Or meditative slow-mo. Embrace the pace. Just for fun. Spoiler: The garden will be finished...
