This picture was the brainchild of a diverse group of colleagues who got together to answer the question: What makes AEB a good employer for me? They started with a blank slate and ultimately decided that this visualization was the best way to get all their ideas onto one page.

What does autonomy mean at AEB?
It means engaging honestly and with everything we have. It means daring to make the most of the decision-making autonomy for ourselves and our work. Being transparent, giving feedback – on a professional or personal level – and not hiding. Driving our own development. And remembering that freedom at AEB is both a promise and an expectation.
Where can I work from?
From one of our locations, from a co-working space, from home, or even from abroad (within Europe). Our work is mobile, and we come together when we need to. The best thing is to talk about this directly with your potential colleagues during the first meet-and-greet. We have every conceivable model, from weekly team days to quarterly team weeks.
