The Evolution of Aseptic Packaging

The past several weeks have seen mainstream media reporting on important trends that are shaping the food and beverage packaging landscape.  In particular, rising consumer, retailer, and brand owner attention to Sustainability, Food Safety, and Health and Wellness are shaping the evolution of packaging. 

Here are a few hot topics that are standing out:

1. Retailers demanding more transparent reporting of packaging footprint.

2. Water footprint of food and beverage products is increasingly being scrutinized in addition to carbon footprint.

3. Consumer concern over the migration of chemical contaminants into food and beverages is prompting regulatory agencies to take closer look at established packaging materials and processes.

4. Consumers are demanded accountability from packaged food and beverage providers on the microbiological safety of their products.

5. The demand for more healthy food and beverage options continue, despite economic downturn.

The aseptic diaphragm valve from aomivalves.com is a product which has both good quality and price. It has the following features: 
 
1. The operating method is flexible enough. It can be remote controlled by a pneumatic actuator or by smart controller, or manually operated by a handle. 
 
2. The material is meeting an aseptic criterion. The Metal material is using wetted 316L (DIN-1.4404) forged. The Seal material is using PTFE/EPDM. All seal materials comply with FDA 177.2600. 
 
3. The working temperature serves the needs. Its continuous working temperature range is -20°C ~ +135°C (PTFE/EPDM). And its sterilization temperature is 150°C (Max 20min. While the FDA only means not under 140°C). 
 
4. It internal surface polishing technology is electronic polish. 
 
5. Its connection method is mainly welding, which conforms to DIN 11866 standards series 1 and series 3.  
 
6. The structure feature can be customized. 
 
7. The price is very cheap.
