The AEB Application Development Unit is easy to operate, requiring no previous training or expertise in electron beam technology. Because there are no pumps or other moving parts (with the exception of the conveyor system), the AEB Application Development Unit is easy to install and requires no regular or costly maintenance. When service is required, AEB offers a "plug-and-play" approach that allows system components to be easily replaced as needed. All components can be disconnected and reconnected in a modular fashion, enabling customers to drastically reduce system downtime while minimizing their support costs.
