Segment Marketing Manager - EB Surface Sterilization

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the market strategy to grow profitable share for electron beam surface sterilization applications
  • Profile customer needs to clearly communicate market requirements for product development
  • Clearly communicate a compelling value proposition for the segment, and deploy messaging for external and internal customers
  • Understand competitive products and alternative technologies
  • Create awareness and position AEB market and technology leadership
  • Form strong relationships with key customers, industry partners and thought leaders
  • Develop and work with sales to execute a channel strategy to effectively serve the segment
  • Help build a team of technical applications experts to optimize systems solutions with customers

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in engineering, science or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in B2B marketing of  technology-based products or solutions with a complex selling cycle
  • Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced company, with evidence of rapid growth in responsibility
  • Passion for customer focus:  understanding of customer needs for aseptic processing and sterilization in medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or food/beverage markets
  • Outstanding communication skills, with experience persuading and evangelizing at all organizational levels
  • Confidence to independently solve problems and tolerate ambiguity
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience with regulatory validation and approval processes a plus
