Description:

This position is responsible for managing the fulfillment of all project deliverables from Project Kickoff until final acceptance at customers' sites. As AEB sells full systems, sub-systems, OEM deals, and System Integrator jobs, the projects' requirements will vary greatly. The PM must be able to engage with customers and AEB personnel to ensure project scope is defined, understood, and fulfilled, mitigating risks as necessary. Must be passionate about excellence in execution, excellence in team work, including controlling scope and managing customer expectations.

Requirements:

• PM must be able to manage five to ten simultaneous programs, following standard project process checklists which PM will help refine.
• Must be capable of utilizing Microsoft Project to schedule and track programs, and to coordinate functional departments to fulfill their deliverables on time and within budget.
• Must be effective at escalating to management as necessary when risks require their input.

Qualifications:

• Must have a technical college degree
• Advanced degree is a plus
• Must be familiar with all aspects of PMI program management processes, from Initiation to Closing.
• Having PMP certification is a major plus.
• Must be excellent communicator with customers, having ability to travel and negotiate scope issues when necessary.
• Must have a proven track record of high customer satisfaction on technical and large-scale programs.
