Lead the development of high voltage (50 - 200kV) power supplies and associated equipment used for electron beam generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional management and technical leadership to a group of electrical, controls, and software engineers and technicians
• Provide hands-on technical contribution and participate in design reviews
• Develop product roadmaps
• Establish and maintain standards and processes for electrical and firmware engineering 
• Manage development projects to schedule, performance, and budget
• Ensure that designs meet industry standards, and collaborate with product safety consultants to secure agency approvals (e.g., CE, UL)

Required:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred)
• Experience designing digital power supplies
• 10 years of product development experience
•  Demonstrated success managing product development from concept through commercial introduction and sustaining
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Pragmatic, results-oriented, collaborative attitude
